Fire-Roasted Red Pepper Dip

(Fire-Roasted Red Pepper Dip)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Red Bell Peppers (roasted, peeled)
- ½ cup Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ tsp Cumin
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Roast peppers over open flame till charred. Peel skin
- Blend all ingredients to a rich dip.
- Serve with seeded crackers or braai-toasted flatbread.
