(Fire-Roasted Red Pepper Dip)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Red Bell Peppers (roasted, peeled)
  • ½  cup Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roast peppers over open flame till charred. Peel skin
  • Blend all ingredients to a rich dip.
  • Serve with seeded crackers or braai-toasted flatbread.
