Traditional Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh flat-leaf parsley Finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh oregano finely chopped
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp Course Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika Optional

Notes

You can cut everything very finely and mix it, or give it a quick blitz with the blender.
Pro tip: It tastes better the next day.
