Traditional Chimichurri Sauce
- 1 cup Fresh flat-leaf parsley Finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh oregano finely chopped
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
- ½ tsp Course Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika Optional
You can cut everything very finely and mix it, or give it a quick blitz with the blender.
Pro tip: It tastes better the next day.
