  • 250 g Halloumi Cheese Thickly Sliced
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Oil slices, grill 3–4 min per side till golden.
  • Serve warm, with lemon.

Notes

Reminder: Halloumi doesn’t do abandonment. Watch it like a hawk with good taste.

  • 2-3 Corn Cobs Quartered Lengthwise
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Coat corn ribs in seasoning mix.
  • Grill till they curl & char — about 5 min per side.
  • Wrap in foil to stay snappy.

Notes

Note: If your corn starts a band, it’s probably funk rock.
