Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh flat-leaf parsley Finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh oregano finely chopped
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp Course Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika Optional

Notes

You can cut everything very finely and mix it, or give it a quick blitz with the blender.
Pro tip: It tastes better the next day.

  • 2-3 Corn Cobs Quartered Lengthwise
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Coat corn ribs in seasoning mix.
  • Grill till they curl & char — about 5 min per side.
  • Wrap in foil to stay snappy.

Notes

Note: If your corn starts a band, it’s probably funk rock.
