  • 2-3 Corn Cobs Quartered Lengthwise
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Coat corn ribs in seasoning mix.
  • Grill till they curl & char — about 5 min per side.
  • Wrap in foil to stay snappy.

Notes

Note: If your corn starts a band, it’s probably funk rock.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Bell Peppers
  • 4 Zucchini
  • 16 Button Mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 LemonJuice
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toss veggies in marinade; rest 10–15 min
  • Skewer 'em up, grill 5–7 min per side.
  • Move to cooler side to hang out till served.

Notes
