This isn’t your typical wellness blog. I’ve spent nearly two decades navigating chronic illness, mental health struggles, and the messiness of self-discovery. I’ve lived through polycystic ovarian syndrome, multiple sclerosis, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and toxic relationships—and I’m still here, still learning, still growing.
Why I’m Here
My journey didn’t begin with yoga mats and green smoothies—it began with trauma. Since 2010, I’ve been rebuilding my body and spirit one hard-earned step at a time. Some things worked, many didn’t. But I’ve never stopped trying.
I created this space for people like me: those who are tired of curated, picture-perfect wellness narratives. If you’ve ever felt alone in your pain or overwhelmed by “expert” advice, you’re in the right place.
